Today at 5 am my spousal unit took off on his Great Adventure, biking from MO2NO.  He expects to arrive at his sister's house in Pearl River, LA (near Slidell) next Friday.  The next morning he will complete the MO2NO ride by biking to New Orleans proper to the Café du Monde, where he will brunch on many many beignets (starch, sugar & grease--yum ( Read more... )
